ABSTRACT
To report a case series of subjective and objective hearing function changes associated with teprotumumab treatment for thyroid eye disease.A 74-year-old female history Graves' disease was treated teprotumumab. She had bilateral tinnitus noticed improvement in her after the second infusion. Audiology testing obtained before, during, completion infusions showed symmetric rapidly progressive worsening patient's sensorineural loss. In contrast, 42-year-old male Grave's endorsed intermittent low-pitched loss initiation stable normal bilaterally.This highlights importance patients prior to as may not accurately reflect function. addition, this suggests that play role potentiating
