ABSTRACT
To report a case of saccadic intrusions in 9-month-old under the context non-accidental trauma.A female presented with eye finding intermittent ocular flutter. Upon imaging for neuroblastoma, she was discovered to have bilateral supratentorial subdural hematomas internal septations, moderate mass effect on adjacent cerebral parenchyma, pachymeningeal and tentorial enhancement, cortical vein thrombosis. This constellation findings concerning trauma.Although an extremely rare occurrence, flutter may be presenting sign trauma, should absolutely considered such circumstances.
