ABSTRACT
To describe a case of bilateral diffuse uveal melanocytic proliferation (BDUMP) with secondary angle closure caused by ciliary body thickening accompanied intraocular pressure (IOP) elevation after mydriasis.A 55-year-old woman history ovarian cancer had blurred vision in both eyes. Fundus examination revealed multiple patchy lesions eyes and nevus-like elevated lesion the right eye. Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) demonstrated resulting from thickening. After mydriasis, IOP was Instillation miotic drug successfully reversed to normal levels.BDUMP eyes, presumably due entire body. AS-OCT UBM were advantageous for analyzing morphology anterior eye BDUMP. Clinicians should be aware possibility during management patients
