ABSTRACT
A novel redox-responsive PEG-sheddable copolymer of disulfide-linked polyethylene glycol 5000-lysine-di-tocopherol succinate (P5kSSLV) was designed and synthesized. Thin-film hydration method used to prepare DOX-loaded P5kSSLV nanomicelle. To optimize the preparation technology, we investigate effects dosage, type organic solvent, temperature time, cryoprotectant on drug-loading content, encapsulation efficiency, particle size, zeta potential. The mean size potential were determined by Zetasizer. morphology P5kSSLV-DOX nanomicelles visualized transmission electron microscopy. content efficiency nanomicelle investigated UV. final optimized 4.58%, 97.20%, 30.21 nm −0.84 mV, respectively. In addition, stability investigated, which included dilution storage stability. results showed that had good at 4 °C. with thin-film practical simple, valuable be further studied.
