ABSTRACT
This study was aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of oral immunotherapy (OIT) in children with severe cow's milk allergy. The subjects comprised 28 (aged 3–12 years) allergic symptoms that were induced by ≤ 10 mL an food challenge test (OFC). randomly allocated to treatment group (n = 14) control 14); former received rush for 2 weeks, followed a gradual increase volume 100 1 year, latter completely eliminated year.
