Relation between solutions and initial values for evolutionp-Laplacian equation

Abstract In this paper, we consider the Cauchy problem of the evolution p -Laplacian equation, and reveal the fact that there exists an equivalence relation between the ω -limit set of solutions and the ω -limit set of initial values. This relation can be used to prove different asymptotic behaviors of solutions, and two examples are given at the end of this paper.
