ABSTRACT
The immune system can produce various inflammatory mediators to protect the body from stress and surgical trauma. However, this excessive response will interfere with body's system, causing systemic syndrome multi-organ failure if allowed continue. Lidocaine as an anti-inflammatory is used treat pain arising disease process ventricular arrhythmias. This study aims prove efficacy of lidocaine injection drug in BALB/c mice sterile musculoskeletal injuries.
