ABSTRACT
Many ski-lift operators are trying to diversify their business by opening summer parks and in so doing, reposition resorts as year-round destinations. Almost half of Tyrol introduced such the period from 2000 2018. The purpose this study is assess competitive determinants following suit copying these park competitors. Estimates using a Cox survival model show that likelihood adopt mainly determined cooperation with competitors (coopetition) through resident pass alliances size operator.
