Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is critical for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients but prone to rapid changes and errors. Effective teamwork leadership are essential high-quality CPR. We aimed introduce the Airway-Circulation-Leadership-Support (A-C-L-S) model in emergency department (ED) address these challenges.
