ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects whole process management model interventions based on information system benefits reported by patients with cancer pain.We performed a quantitative, prospective nonrandomized controlled design from June October 2020. A total 124 pain were enrolled. Patients in experimental group received intervention an compared control who routine management. Data collected at baseline and after four-week follow-up, acting as test-retest control. primary outcome quality, which measured using American Pain Society Patient Outcome Questionnaire-Chinese version (APS-POQ-C). Secondary outcomes patient-related attitudinal barriers analgesic adherence. Barrier Questionnaire (BQ) single-item questionnaire used. Chi-square tests used compare intensity adherence, independent sample t-test Mann-Whitney U test differences quality between groups.Baseline characteristics participants did not differ significantly (P ​> ​0.05). Primary changes four aspect (APS-POQ-C) two groups ​< better perception care than group. With respect secondary endpoints, significant difference favor found for ​0.05) medication adherence (60.0% vs. 40.0%; P interventions.The effectively improves patient-reported management, reduces patient-perceived barriers, enhances patient drugs is worthy clinical application.
