ABSTRACT
Curcumin, the medically active component from Curcuma longa (Turmeric), is widely used to treat inflammatory diseases. Protein interaction network (PIN) analysis was predict its mechanisms of molecular action. Targets curcumin were obtained based on ChEMBL and STITCH databases. Protein–protein interactions (PPIs) extracted String database. The PIN constructed by Cytoscape function modules identified gene ontology (GO) enrichment complex detection (MCODE). A with 482 nodes 1688 constructed, which has scale-free, small world modular properties. Based these modules, mechanism proposed. Two found be intimately associated inflammation. With analysis, anti-inflammatory effects related SMAD, ERG mediation TLR family. TLR9 may a potential target
