ABSTRACT
Biliary atresia is a rare infant disease that predisposes patients to liver transplantation and death if not treated in time. However, early diagnosis challenging because the clinical manifestations laboratory tests of biliary overlap with other cholestatic diseases. Therefore, it very important develop simple, safe reliable method for atresia. Herein, novel NIR-II fluorescence probe, HZL2, high quantum yield, excellent biocompatibility, low cytotoxicity rapid excretion through gallbladder was developed based on oil/water partition coefficient permeability. A simple fecal sample after injection HZL2 can be used efficiently identify success mouse model first time, allowing an disease. This study only great potential translation but also provides research tool development pathogenesis therapeutic medicines
