ABSTRACT
To assess and compare glenoid version in patients with anterior shoulder instability (ASI), posterior (PSI), a control group.The operative notes of all that had undergone arthroscopic repair between January 2017 May 2022 were retrospectively reviewed. Magnetic resonance imaging scans then analyzed, was measured by single blinded observer. A P value <.05 considered statistically significant.There 100 included the ASI group, 65 PSI group. The mean versions for group -16°, -9.1°, -9.2° vault version, simplified chondrolabral respectively. -21°, -13.4°, -16.6° -17.8°, -9.5°, -9.8° ANOVA testing post hoc comparisons revealed to be significantly more retroverted than both other groups < .001. group's degree not different = .009.Patients have higher retroversion comparison those control. There is no significant difference among when compared control.Level III, retrospective comparative study.
