Robotic approaches have been increasingly utilized for cardiothoracic operations, though concerns regarding costs remain. We evaluated short-term outcomes and of robotic-assisted conventional mitral valve repair (MV-repair), hypothesizing that cost differences would be mitigated at high-volume programs.
