ABSTRACT
Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is a common malignancy with high morbidity and mortality. Although circular RNAs (circRNAs) play important roles in various cancers including ESCC, the role of circRNA mannosidase alpha class 1A member 2 (circMAN1A2) ESCC has been rarely studied. This study aimed to explore circMAN1A2 ESCC. CircMAN1A2 expression tissues cells was evaluated, relationship between prognosis patients analyzed. C–C chemokine ligand 5 (CCL5) found be downstream target by analysing Agilent Microarray. Next, we performed vitro vivo xenotransplantation assays We observed that associated poor Suppression inhibits proliferation, migration, invasiveness via regulating CCL5. Our results suggest can promote progression Thus, might novel diagnostic biomarker targeting using inhibitors could potential therapeutic strategy treat
