ABSTRACT
This study aimed to evaluate and compare the therapeutic effect of camel milk exosomes derived from colostrum, early, mid, late lactation periods on liver cancer HepaRG cells. These showed cytotoxicity while being safer normal human THLE-2 Among four different isolated exosome groups, colostrum exhibited highest apoptotic potential as indicated by DNA damage upregulated expression Bax caspase3 expression, but with lowest Bcl2 expression. HepaRG-treated colostrum-derived also inflammation-related genes (TNFα, NFkB, TGFβ1, Cox2) angiogenesis-related gene VEGF. Colostrum-derived had significantly higher lactoferrin kappa casein than other milk-derived exosomes. results indicate that have a more potent anti-cancer cells lat periods. could be mediated through induction apoptosis inhibition inflammation angiogenesis. Therefore, these used safe adjuvants/carriers deliver chemotherapeutics potentiate their anticancer
