ABSTRACT
Antibiotic resistance is one of the most significant challenges 20-s century, and misuse antibiotics a driver antimicrobial resistance. This study aimed to assess prevalence multidrug resistance, detection its produce virulence factors, including extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESβLs), biofilm, siderophores produced by bacterial species isolated from cancer patients. One hundred seventy-five Gram-negative isolates were different samples collected patients admitted National Cancer Institute (NCI), Cairo, Egypt, processed standard microbiological methods. forty-three recovered adult patients, 32 children.
