ABSTRACT
With the worldwide attention on decreasing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, capture and storage (CCS) is utilized to stop CO2 from escaping into atmosphere. Selecting appropriate materials crucial for establishment of a dependable secure technology infrastructure. The natural cellulose possess inherent characteristics such as eco-friendliness, high utility, remarkable physical mechanical properties, which make them particularly available CCS. In field capture, utilization sequestration technologies, cellulose-based can be used adsorbents catalyst carriers conversion. Firstly, application in conversion introduced. Secondly, research progress films, aerogels solid are summarized. Subsequently, mechanisms methanol format, carbonate CO also described detail. Finally, challenges key problems described.
