ABSTRACT
COVID-19 pathology involves dysregulation of diverse molecular, cellular, and physiological processes. To expedite integrated collaborative research, we completed multi-omics analysis hospitalized patients, including matched the whole-blood transcriptome, plasma proteomics with two complementary platforms, cytokine profiling, red blood cell metabolomics, deep immune phenotyping by mass cytometry, clinical data annotation. We refer to this multidimensional dataset as COVIDome. then created COVIDome Explorer, an online researcher portal where can be analyzed visualized in real time. illustrate herein use through a biosignatures associated C-reactive protein (CRP), established marker poor prognosis COVID-19, revealing associations between CRP levels damage-associated molecular patterns, depletion protective serpins, mitochondrial metabolism dysregulation. expect that Explorer will rapidly accelerate sharing, hypothesis testing, discoveries worldwide.
