ABSTRACT
Given the dual roles in immune function and metabolism, liver emerge as a compelling candidate to bridge host defense metabolic adjustments during pathogen infections teleosts. In order dissect of response Sebastes schlegelii, we conducted an investigation into activities SOD, CAT GPX4, performed systematic analysis circRNA, miRNA mRNA expression profiles, well constructed circRNA-miRNA-mRNA regulatory networks S. schlegelii following Aeromonas salmonicida infection were present study. The results demonstrated content GPX4 increased significantly at early stage protect tissue from excessive damage. Additionally, 622 circRNA-miRNAs pairs, 78 miRNA-mRNA pairs 327 identified our These differently expressed circRNAs miRNAs found be associated with regulation LMNB1, DMBT1, NAMPT, IFIT1, CELSRs, PYGL. GO KEGG enrichment revealed that these genes involved TLR signal pathway, RLRs PPAR shedding light on antibacterial ceRNA within post A. hydrophila infection, which provides new insights mechanisms teleost.
