ABSTRACT
To establish and validate a nomogram model, which can incorporate clinical data, imaging features of ultrasound (US) contrast-enhanced (CEUS), for improving the diagnostic efficiency solid breast lesions.A total 493 patients with lesions were randomly divided into training (n = 345) validation 148) cohorts ratio 7:3 and, data image US CEUS reviewed retrospectively analyzed. The in both analyzed using BI-RADS models.Five variables, including shape calcification conventional US, enhancement type size after CEUS, BI-RADS, selected to construct model. As compared model demonstrated satisfactory discriminative function (area under receiver operating characteristic [ROC] curves [AUC], 0.940; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.909 0.971; sensitivity, 0.905; specificity, 0.902 cohort AUC, 0.968; CI, 0.941 0.995; 0.867 cohort). In addition, showed good consistency potential according calibration curve DCA.The could identify benign from malignant performance.
