ABSTRACT
As emerging markets, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) participating countries have great development room for automobile industries. Yet greater climate change pressure may hinder of upstream downstream industries chain domestic Therefore, a sound carbon emission standard system should be established to guide accounting, emissions management so on. This study selects Singapore, Indonesia, Poland, South Africa, Pakistan as typical research objects, thereby analyzes status standards in BRI countries' from perspective type, name, vehicle model range, target value, accounting boundaries, etc. In this paper, types are categorized based on such fuel standard. The boundary, namely, scope included management, is divided into driving phase, life cycle phase meanwhile, comparative analysis method, China, United States (US) European Union (EU) selected control group existing problems countries. results show that industry still facing several solved, lack low-carbon technology, technical emission, targeted reduction policy framework, Based above results, recommendations been proposed two categories give scientific reasonable advice construction industry.
