ABSTRACT
It is well known that the use of different methods for measuring particle size distributions may lead to very results. This completely understood in case solid particles which differ several other aspects beyond their (e.g. shape). However, explanation more difficult small emulsion droplets where shape all spherical. Here, idea error distribution with respect droplet origin results from method, proposed. Each method relies on a physical principle and so relatively uniformly distributed through values variable related this principle. Any attempt transform leads severe maldistribution. The present work not only explains reason deviations between but also suggests compilation information two find (PSD) increased accuracy compared individual methods. Several approaches direction are proposed tested.
