ABSTRACT
As technology continues to pervade our lives, the influence of culture on adoption is significant interest researchers. However, culture, as a group-level construct may not give meaningful results when related individual-level adoption. Although has been integrated into models, values are representation and more appropriate include in models. There have few studies attempting explore none within sphere digital education. The purpose this exploratory study integrate with models apply novel conceptual model context In we investigate e-learning by workers Gambia UK. Using Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT2) base model, relating conservation status quo self-enhancement from Schwartz's Human Values. Taking approach, develop introduce Values-Enhanced Adoption (VETA) model. We tested VETA Empirical demonstrated via social influence, price value performance expectancy. UTAUT2 was partially validated that expectancy, habit primarily influenced worker intention use e-learning. conclude will be useful researchers studying
