ABSTRACT
The nanoparticles (Nps) of tin disulfide (SnS2) are synthesized by sonochemical route. Nps characterized dispersive analysis X-ray energy (EDAX) and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) to get the chemical composition. diffraction (XRD) is used for determination phase crystal structure. as-synthesized polycrystalline possess hexagonal surface morphology examined electron microscopy in scanning (SEM) high-resolution transmission modes. residual sample after thermal EDAX, XPS, XRD, SEM Fourier transformed infra-red spectroscopy. obtained results post-thermal analyzed SnS2 samples compared. carried out recording thermogravimetric differential curves. These simultaneous thermo-curves recorded temperature range ambient 850 K inert nitrogen atmosphere three heating rates 5, 10, 15 20 K·min−1. curves data isoconversional Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa, Friedman methods, thermodynamic parameters; activation (Ea), change entropy (ΔS*), enthalpy (ΔH*) Gibb's free (ΔG*) determined.
