ABSTRACT
The tight control of the process parameters through appropriate tuning controllers is an art that imperatively employed to various industries. Most these industries are influenced by nonlinearity occurred due input parameter variation and presence disturbances. aim this work investigate nonlinear dynamics a paper industry based energy intensive unit named Multiple Stage Evaporator (MSE) in different Energy Reduction Schemes. MSE used concentrate weak Black Liquor (BL), biomass byproduct. Hence, extract bioenergy from BL, quality product liquor needs be appropriately controlled. BL measured two parameters, concentration temperature. work, intelligent controller Fraction Order Proportional-Integral-Derivative has been studied resolve servo regulatory problem during process. A state-of-art metaheuristic approach, Widow Optimization Algorithm proposed here tune compared with another optimization approaches Water Cycle Algorithm. simulated result demonstrates usefulness strategy confirm performance improvement for parameters. To enlighten advantages scheme, comparative analysis have also performed conventional PID, 2-DOF-PID FOPID controllers.
