ABSTRACT
The proteomic data presented in this article provide supporting information to the related research "Depletion of endogenous miRNA-378-3p increases peak cell density CHO DP12 cells and is correlated with elevated levels Ubiquitin Carboxyl-Terminal Hydrolase 14" (Costello et al., press) [1]. Control microRNA-378 depleted were profiled using label-free quantitative profiling. collected on day 4 8 batch culture, subcellular enrichment was performed, subsequent fractions analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Here we complete dataset proteins significantly differentially expressed greater than 1.25-fold change abundance between control miR-378 cells, lists all identified for each condition.
