ABSTRACT
It is well known that remote sensing a series of procedures which detects physical characteristics the earth surface by remotely-measuring its reflected and emitted radiation using cameras or sensors. Lately, increasing use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as platforms development small-size sensors have resulted in expansion continuous monitoring at smaller spatial scales. For this reason, integration UAV- consumer-grade can be useful to acquire plot footprint scale. This dataset contains 314 images covering an area aproximately 18,800 m2 within Eddy covariance meterorological station. The site was deployed "El Soldado" estuary (27°57'14.4″ N 110°58'19.2″ W) located southern coast Mexican State Sonora. UAV flight path programmed autonomous mode with altitude 30 m, velocity 5 m/s frontal side overlap 85 75% respectively. created support mapping surveys for classification description. aimed researchers, stakeholders general public interested coastal areas, natural resources management ecosystem conservation. Finally, could also used those digital photogrammetry 3D reconstruction benchmark example develop high resolution orthomosaics.
