ABSTRACT
This article presents a dataset of raw microscopic images the prefrontal cortex from wistar rat tissues, after an induced stroke, stained with NeuN antibody. The were captured using microscope equipped digital camera. is useful for testing techniques improvement, registration, and stitching to generate high-resolution image full reconstruction tissues. Besides, this can be used assess neuronal brain ischemic event. contains 1370 20x magnification 36 (Hierarchical Data Format version 5) hdf5 files homography matrices between every pair sequential per tissue rows.
