Whole genome sequence data of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum IMI 507027

Here we report the draft genome sequence of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum IMI 507027 strain. The consists 37 contigs with a total size 3,235,614 bp and GC% 44.51. After trimming, 31 were annotated, revealing 3,126 genes, which 3,030 coding sequences. Average Nucleotide Identity (ANI) gave value 99.9926% between L. JDM1, identifying strain as plantarum. No genes concern for safety-related traits such antimicrobial resistance or virulence factors found. annotated raw reads deposited at NCBI under Bioproject accession number PRJNA791753.
