CommRad RF: A dataset of communication radio signals for detection, identification and classification

ABSTRACT
The rapid growth in wireless technology has revolutionized the way of living but at same time, raising security concerns unauthorized access spectrum, both military and commercial sectors. subject Radio Frequency (RF) fingerprinting got special attention recent years. Researchers proposed various datasets radio signals different types devices (drones, cell phones, IoT, Radar). However, presently there is no freely available dataset on walkie-talkies/commercial radios. To fill out void, we present an innovative including more than 2700 captured from 27 radios located indoor multipath environment. This can enhance communication channels by providing possibility to analyse detect any source transmission. Furthermore, also propose two deep learning models named Light Weight 1DCNN Bivariate 1DCNN, for efficient data processing patterns complex signals.
