The objective of this study was to investigate the effect melatonin supplement in different extenders on quality cryopreserved goat semen. Six semen pools were skim milk (SM – Experiment 1) or tris-egg yolk (TEY 2) based supplemented with (0, 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 mM).
