ABSTRACT
Spinoglenoid cyst (SGC) is a ganglion arising in the spinoglenoid notch and thought to be related SLAP lesion. This often compresses suprascapular nerve notch. Symptomatic cysts require surgical treatment when conservative fails. In particular, arthroscopic decompression through torn labral tissue extending into joint cavity easy convenient. However, if confined notch, approach challenging. Thus, we present our preferred technique of addressing SGC an additional superior capsular window after completing repair. We believe that easy, reproducible, reasonable.
