ABSTRACT
In comparison with the single-bundle technique, double-bundle anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction has proven its superiority regarding biomechanical studies and clinical outcomes in both rotational knee stability translation function. However, complexity risk of complications remain a great concern for orthopaedic surgeon performing ACL reconstruction. We present simplified by 3-inside technique 2 suspension buttons 1 interference screw. The semitendinosus tendon is tripled to be anteromedial (AM) bundle, whereas gracilis doubled posterolateral (PL) bundle. perform 3-socket approach an inside-out femoral tunnel AM outside-in PL retrograde tibial socket Thus, this is, simply, combination procedures: one single all-inside method (for bundle) bundle), which most arthroscopic surgeons are familiar. bundles fixed at 30° 45°, respectively, using Our could reduce surgical costs minimize while maintaining isometric position appropriate graft size each patient.
