ABSTRACT
In patients with full-thickness focal cartilage defects, osteochondral allograft is a technique for restoration of hyaline cartilage; however, in genu varum, the diseased compartment knee generally offloaded as well. A high tibial osteotomy presents biomechanical solution to malalignment and offloading knee. The purpose this Technical Note present our preferred treat damage varus misaligned coupling an medial femoral condyle, along partial lateral meniscectomy.
