ABSTRACT
Combined anterior cruciate ligament and posterior tibial avulsion fractures are rare knee injuries that primarily seen in adults. Prompt surgical intervention is indicated for displaced to restore stability. Arthroscopic techniques now the preferred method treating spine with being treated arthroscopically or open reduction internal fixation methods. This Technical Note accompanying video demonstrate an assisted repair of bicruciate using arthroscopic lever push technique. Two sutures passed through pulled down two bone tunnels placed within fracture bed, one suture around tunnel passing from tibia bed. Our technique simple effective reducing anatomic position.
