Human meniscal treatment with an arthroscopic matrix-based repair technique is a promising procedure. Heretofore, the procedure has required skilled surgeon great amount of experience in knee surgery and suturing. A surgical using "goat" delivery clamp been developed. Technique development followed extensive review application earlier techniques, along cadaveric refinement proposed technique. The presented includes preparation meniscus initial stabilization damaged fragments, collagen matrix placement this into open jaws goat clamp, introduction on meniscus, suturing to bone marrow blood aspirate injection between meniscus.
