ABSTRACT
We describe all-endoscopic brachial plexus (BP) decompression. Surgery is performed with the patient in beach-chair position usual arthroscopic instruments and pump. The first step to create 2 portals at area of coracoid process decompress infraclavicular part BP thoracic aperture coracoid. second includes performing supraclavicular fossa decompression interscalene space. postoperative period a short sling immobilization (3-5 days), immediate passive motion after surgery, active removal sling.
