During perinatal transition in hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), reduced systemic blood flow (Qs) and cerebral increased pulmonary (Qp) are observed, contributing to hemodynamic instability. The aim of the present study was explore whether similar or discordant changes occur critical outflow tract obstruction (POFO) compared with HLHS healthy control subjects.
