ABSTRACT
The Wanshan mercury (Hg) mine in Guizhou Province is one of the main Hg-producing mines China, resulting serious Hg pollution soil and wastewater. Therefore, present study mainly aimed to investigate current degree heavy metal compared microbial diversity its surrounding environment. results showed distribution load index values was low west high east. northwestern (Aozhai River), northern (Meizi Stream), southwestern parts area Erkeng did not reach moderate pollution. Mercury accounted for majority potential ecological risk values, reaching 67.62%, while proportions Cd As were 15.75% 10.75%, respectively. found a residual state, which had an average proportion 71.09%. In three regions, Proteobacteria Actinobacteria highest relative abundances. According linear discriminant analysis effect size, indicator species mining area, woodland cultivated land f__67–14 (belonging family Solirubrobacterales), Reyranellales Reyranellaceae, Intrasporangiaceae, summary, this very first time estimated that higher Hg, existed since their concentration all samples totally exceeded standard value (GB15618-2018), commonly ignored by previous study. community richness than district woodland. Our suggested relevant local departments need take more active measures solve problem levels Cd, soil, prevent adverse effects on humans.
