ABSTRACT
Resources and environment carrying capacity is the key to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study takes SDGs as research perspective, taking Southwest Guangxi Karst-Beibu Gulf a typical area, counties unit, creates three-dimensional balance model of resource environmental capacity, carried out comprehensive evaluation analysis in this area. It reveals warning grade different regions transitional space mountains, rivers seas, provides scientific basis for construction ecological civilization implementation sustainable development goals China. Results showed that natural factors human settlement will greatly affect resources capacity. Water soil risk disasters have already restricted environment. A low level social economic also reduce improvement More than half levels area are balanced state. Although has declined, it good condition. The focus areas still karst mountains Baise Chongzuo. Coastal Beibu should continue pay attention rational use land prevention disasters. Human beings can adjust such water resources, environment, framework foundation achieve continuous utilization regional progress composite systems.
