ABSTRACT
With the increasing demand for renewable energy connection, scale of investment in transmission and substation projects (TSPs) is also gradually expanding. In order to reduce overinvestment inefficiency response "precise investment" State Grid, it necessary evaluate comprehensive benefits TSPs connection. Therefore, a benefit evaluation model connection proposed this paper. Firstly, multi-dimensional index system from dimensions economy, society, environment operation established. Then, triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number used collect decision makers' information. Best–worst method entropy weight are combined calculate indexes. MABAC rank TSPs. five Gansu province empirical analysis. After analyzing through model, weights economic benefits, social environmental 20.78%, 23.03%, 27.42% 28.77% respectively. addition, score P1 0.44, which TPS with optimal benefit. Finally, sensitivity analysis comparative prove stability rationality model.
