ABSTRACT
The integration of renewable energy resources and electric vehicles in microgrids presents a significant challenge due to generation demand uncertainty. However, our technical market research Solar Plus Storage microgrids, carried out as part US Department Energy's Prize project, demonstrates the efficacy advanced microgrid controls managing this uncertainty while saving billions dollars. control system must be equipped with optimization tools adaptive forecasting models that minimize planning errors for future optimal operation achieve this. This study contributes literature by quantifying impact integrating learning-based PV power electrical load at tertiary level hierarchical system.
