ABSTRACT
ObjectiveTo analyze the factors that might influence pregnancy rate in patients with infertility related to endometriosis (EMs) after undergoing laparoscopic surgery, providing guidance for our clinical diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making.MethodsA retrospective analysis was conducted on records 1-year postoperative outcomes of 335 diagnosed endometriosis-related via admitted department from January 2018 December 2020.ResultsThe overall post-surgery 57.3 %, highest observed between 3 6 months surgery. Factors such as Body Mass Index (BMI) (P = 0.515), presence dysmenorrhea previous pelvic surgery 0.247), type EMs pathology 0.893), preoperative result serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125)(P 0.615)had no statistically significant effect rates. The duration 0.029), coexistence adenomyosis 0.042), 0.015), intraoperative blood loss 0.050), anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) 0.002) age greater than 35 0.000) significantly impacted mild (Stage I-II) notably higher those moderate severe III-IV) 0.009). Age 0.002), stage 0.018), 0.010) 0.022) were affected live birth rate.ConclusionFor EMs-related > years, concurrent adenomyosis, EMs, ≥ 2 h, 50 ml, low AMH before are detrimental within first year. However, BMI, dysmenorrhea, past history types (ovarian, peritoneal, deep infiltrating),and CA125 barely show any statistical difference their In terms rate, adverse factors.
