ABSTRACT
Arcellinida is ascending in importance protistology, but description of their diversity still presents multiple challenges. Furthermore, applicable tools for surveillance these organisms are developing stages. Importantly, a good database that sets correspondence between molecular barcodes and species morphology lacking. Cytochrome oxidase (COI) has been suggested as the most relevant marker discrimination Arcellinida. However, some major groups lacking COI sequence. Here we expand sequences Arcellinids, using single-cell PCR, transcriptomics, scavenging. In present work, added 24 new to database, covering all unsampled infra- suborders. Additionally, six SSUrRNA described four morphological, morphometrical, evidence: Heleopera steppica, Centropyxis blatta, Arcella uspiensis, Cylindrifflugia periurbana. This will provide starting point address research questions from shell evolution, biogeography, systematics arcellinids.
