ABSTRACT
Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) has low bioavailability due to its fast metabolism and short half-life, which is not conducive transdermal treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). Therefore, in this study, TMP was encapsulated into liposomes (Lip) by film dispersion method, then the surface Lip modified sodium alginate (ALG) chitosan (CS). The tetramethylpyrazine-loaded hydrogel called T-Lip-AC hydrogel. In vitro experiments, we found that only antibacterial effect CS, but also enhances anti-inflammatory antioxidant effects TMP. addition, could provide a moist healing environment for AD dry skin produce better permeability, can achieve sustained drug release, AD. lesions induced 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene were used as model test therapeutic on vivo. studies have showed effectively promote wound healing. developed multifunctional delivery system, become an effective, safe novel alternative method treating
