ABSTRACT
In this case report, we present a of hitherto undescribed "pseudoembryo" appearance in fluid-filled endometrial cavity ectopic pregnancy. Knowledge sonographic finding is clinically important, since the presence could lead to misidentification pseudogestational sac as an intrauterine pregnancy setting This paper discuss reviews and imaging findings which differentiate it from true gestation.
