ABSTRACT
Traumatic injuries of the extensor tendons hand are common and more frequent predisposed to tendon due presence chronic damage. We present case a 61-year-old woman, tailor by profession, who showed acute rupture (80 %) with degenerative etiology V finger fifth level according Kleinert Verdan classification.
