ABSTRACT
Exosomes are nanoscale membrane-enclosed extracellular vesicles secreted by various cells, which have enormous potential as disease biomarkers for clinical application. However, the isolation and detection of exosomes remain challenges, limits their further Herein, inspired immunomagnetic beads, a magnetic nanoparticle conjugated aptamer was repurposed effective capture exosomes. The nanoparticles, composed Fe3O4 synthesized hydrothermal method core coupled with gold nanoparticles (Fe3O4@Au), provide large specific surface area, making resulting composite material an platform exosome capture. Furthermore, elution captured 1.0 M NaCl made downstream analysis possible. preliminary application value in analyses serum from healthy individuals patients Alzheimer's (AD) has also been verified, could promising biomedical diagnosis.
