ABSTRACT
More studies focus on reporting the effects of ambient air pollution physical activity while ignoring hazards indoor caused by household solid fuel use. Moreover, impact individual cognitive and depressive status health is often overlooked. We examined association between activities daily living (ADL) trajectories, further this in homogeneous subgroups or trajectories.Participants were from China Health Retirement Longitudinal Study, which conducted four waves surveys 2011 to 2018. We collected information participants' use, then ADL, performances assessed each wave. The latent growth mixture model (LGMM) was used identify optimal trajectory class for cognition, depression. Then, multinomial logistic regression assess use ADL trajectories total population, as well with different depression trajectories. Furthermore, we switching types across four-wave survey. The study sample included 7052 participants. identified three classes population: "Low-stable", "Moderate-anterior rise", "Moderate-posterior rise". results showed that associated elevated odds adverse still shown some less significant. In addition, risk generally increases times survey. For middle older adults China, not conducive development, inspires a transformation cleaner fuels an important intervention.
